What is a return policy?
A return policy is a set of rules that merchants establish to manage how customers return or exchange unwanted or defective products that they’ve previously purchased or received as a gift. Return policies are considered an extension of the customer service that a merchant provides–the best ones are customer-centric and flexible to each case’s unique circumstances.
Refunds
How do I get refund an item?
Online refund You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.
Return Conditions
What can I return or exchange and when?
If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. The change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.
